Bra sizes are usually made up of numbers and letters. How to calculate your ideal bra size?
Important!You need a flexible tape measure to be able to measure the contour of your chest. Always hold the tape loosely to ensure you get the right result.
Step 1. Measure the contour of the cup
With your back very straight and standing up, measure your chest circumference in the central part of the chest (usually at the height of the nipples). Don't over-tighten to make the measurement as true as possible, and make sure the tape is level front and back. Write down the measurement.
Step 2. Measure the contour of your back
Take a flexible measuring tape and run it along your underbust contour, just below your chest. As in the previous step, make sure the tape measure is at the same height all the way around. Write down the measurement.
Step 3. Table of equivalences
