Black Limba, a Spanish women's fashion firm, has different product lines that are part of its collections: lingerie, sportswear, swimwear and accessories. A brand born in 2016 in the digital environment with large expansion plans that include marketing and sales in the offline world. It is currently present offline through international multi-brand stores and some El Corte InglƩs centers.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS?
- Autonomously manage the sales area.
- Know the objectives in terms of daily and monthly sales.
- Comply with the objectives set in terms of turnover, and implementation of policies defined by commercial management.
- Guarantee the quality of the service offered to customers, according to the company's sales protocol.
- Reception of merchandise and implementation in store.
- Maintenance of visual merchandising and implementation of new collections, as well as product rotations, following company guidelines.
- Administrative management (management and monitoring of orders, inventory control, replacements, delivery notes, returns, tares, etc.).
- Post-sale service in store, resolution of incidents with customers and follow-up of them.
- Customer attraction and loyalty.
SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS...
- Previous experience in retail or customer service. Previous experience in El Corte InglƩs will be valued.
- Customer orientation and quality personalized attention.
- Sales and customer loyalty skills.
- Ability to manage KPI'S ratios.
- Capacity for teamwork.
- English (B2)
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- 30 hours/ 5 days a week: from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Salary to be defined by both parties.
