you have30 days from when you receive your orderto exchange or return your order. For hygiene reasons, panties/thongs cannot be exchanged or returned.
Black Limba will assume the first exchange or refund (Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands). If there are more exchanges for the same order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
For international orders (outside Spain), the customer will be responsible for the return costs. Exchanges are not possible.
In case of belonging toSpecial promotions or outlets, or if you wish to make an exchange/return outside of Spain, do have associated costs:
- Change: We want to thank you for your trust in us in some way, and we'd be happy to share the costs with you. How? The customer is responsible for shipping from their home to the warehouse, which will be the same cost as the shipping cost, and Black Limba will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
- Return: The customer will bear the return shipping costs, which will have the same cost as the shipping amount. The cost of the exchange/return will be charged prior to processing. To do this, we will send you an email so that you can manage the payment easily. You can pay using any of the payment methods available on our website.
