Size based on height

It's very pretty but the size doesn't quite fit me... I'm 174cm tall and I'm thin (BMI 18-19), I followed the instructions like the model on the website who is 176cm tall --> size S and the fit fit me super short. I changed for an M and I still have a little tight fit... I already know that for the next bodysuits
